Our kids' Jiu-Jitsu classes are designed to help children develop strength, fitness, and coordination while fostering important life skills. Jiu-Jitsu also teaches practical self-defense, equipping kids with the skills to protect themselves in challenging situations. YOUTH CLASSES
LITTLE KIDS (AGES 3-5)
Our Little Kids classes are designed for children ages 3 to 5 (must be potty-trained). In this class, we use Jiu-Jitsu-specific games to introduce fundamental skills in a fun and engaging way. Children will learn important movements and techniques that will serve as the foundation for their Jiu-Jitsu journey. We also dedicate time to teaching basic techniques, focusing on increasing their ability to concentrate and follow directions. This portion of the class lasts approximately 10 minutes, keeping in mind the attention span of younger children.
KIDS (AGES 6-15)
Our Kids classes are designed for children ages 6 to 13 and follow a similar format to the Little Kids class but with more complex movements and techniques. We continue to incorporate games and engaging activities while ensuring that lessons remain accessible for kids at any skill level. The curriculum is designed to help children build on their Jiu-Jitsu foundation, learning new techniques while reinforcing discipline, focus, and confidence.
