WHAT TO EXPECT

Offered five times a week, our strength classes focus on building a solid foundation in the key lifts: squats, deadlifts, and presses (bench press and overhead press). Each class begins with a targeted warm-up designed to prepare you for the main lift of the day—whether it’s a squat, bench, or deadlift—followed by accessory exercises that strengthen and build muscle in specific areas to support your progress.

Led by our in-house physical therapist, these classes are adaptable to all fitness levels and abilities, ensuring you can train effectively and safely no matter where you’re starting.

MEMBERSHIP PERKS

Strength classes are $185/month and include:

  • Unlimited access to the gym

  • One free physical therapy, nutrition, or wellness consultation every 4 months

  • Remote programming to support your fitness goals outside of class

REMOTE PROGRAMMING

Remote programming gives you the tools, support, and guidance to stay on track and achieve your goals, no matter where you are.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Our remote programming offers personalized online coaching, perfect for those who can’t attend in-person training or need a program to bridge the gap between traditional physical therapy and performance. Whether your physical therapy has ended, insurance coverage has run out, or you simply prefer a more flexible training option, remote programming can be tailored to meet your specific needs and goals.

This option provides you with a structured program designed by our expert coach to help you build strength, improve movement, and enhance overall fitness. You can also start with our in-person strength classes to build confidence in your lifting skills and seamlessly transition to remote programming when you’re ready to train independently.

PRICING

Remote programming is $125/month and includes the added perk of a 50% discount for an in-person session, whether for physical therapy or a coaching consultation.

NUTRITION COUNSELING

Tackle all aspects of your health with a personalized nutrition plan to supplement all of your strength gains.

Our nutrition counseling services are designed to help you develop healthy eating habits and reach your personal goals with the guidance of a dedicated coach. Whether you're working toward body composition changes like losing fat or gaining muscle, or simply aiming for a more balanced diet, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

You’ll learn the essentials of nutrition, including the roles of macronutrients and micronutrients, and how to fuel your body for better performance—whether at the gym, on the mats, or in daily life. Adriana, our skilled nutrition coach, will create and monitor a customized program tailored to your unique needs and goals.

  • Available for all gym members for just $10/month (including remote programming clients

  • For non-members, nutrition counseling is offered at $75/month
